Use this McCormick Chili Seasoning Mix to season chili con carne. It's a complete blend of herbs and spices all ready to blend with meat, tomato sauce and beans. The entire pouch seasons 10 pounds of ground beef.

Ingredients: Chili Pepper and Other Spices, Enriched Wheat Flour (Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, and Folic Acid), Onion, Salt, and Garlic. Allergy Information: Contains Wheat.

Chile Seasoning	1/4 cup	1 1/4 cup	Full Bag
Tomato Sauce	2 8oz cans	2 1/2 Quarts	1 #10 cans
Kidney Beans	1 pound can	1 #10 can	2 #10 cans

1. Brown ground beef. Drain off all fat.
2. Stir in Chili Seasoning Mix, tomato sauce, and kidney beans.
3. Heat and simmer 10 minutes for a small batch; 30 minutes for a medium batch; 1 hour for large batch.
