Lawry's Sundried Tomato and Garlic Chicken 4 x 1.15oz (32g)
Treat Yourself for a European flavor experience with this blend of seasonings from Lawry's. You add Feta cheese, chicken, olives, tomatoes and penne pasta. Lawry's seasonings blend adds Mediterranean flavor.
Ingredients: Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Garlic, Sugar, Spices (including Oregano, and Rosemary), Red Bell Pepper, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Tomato, Onion, Gum Arabic, Citric Acid, Extractives of Paprika and Natural Flavor.
All You Need
- 1 package Lawry's Sundried Tomato and Garlic Chicken Seasoning Blend
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 1 1/2 cups Penne Pasta, uncooked
- 1/4 cup sliced pitted black olives
- 1 cup water
- 1 can (15 oz) petite diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Directions
- Place chicken, pasta and olives in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
- Mix water, Seasoning Mix, and tomatoes until well blended. Pour over chicken and pasta. Stir to coat well. Cover with foil.
- Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with cheese. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut chicken into serving size pieces. Stir pasta before serving.
Variation: Chicken Cacciatore Casserole Recipe
Prepare as above using 1 cup each sliced mushrooms and bell pepper strips, plus 1/4 cup grated Parmesean cheese (in place of Feta cheese).
