Homemade Taco Recipe

• 1/4 cup of McCormick Lower Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix
• 1 pound lean ground beef, turkey or chicken
• 3/4 cup water
• 12 taco shells or flour tortillas (6 inch)

Choice of toppings including:

• Shredded Lettuce
• Chopped Tomatoes
• Shredded Cheese
• Salsa
• Reduced Fat Sour Cream

Cooking Directions:

1. Brown meat in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain all remaining fat.
2. Stir in McCormick Lower Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix and water,
3. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Spoon into warm taco shells or tortillas.
5. Serve with your choice of toppings described above.
