Thai-Style Pina Colada Recipe

• 1/2 cup Thai Kitchen Premium Coconut Milk
• 1/2 cup pineapple juice
• 1/2 cup crushed ice
• Optional:
• 1/4 cup dark rum

In a blender, combine the coconut milk, pineapple juice, ice and dark rum. Blend until smooth. Serves 1.

Thai Banana Smoothie Recipe

• 1/2 cup Thai Kitchen Premium Coconut Milk
• 1/2 cup pineapple or orange juice
• 1 ripe banana
• 1/2 cup crushed ice

In a blender, combine the coconut milk, pineapple or orange juice, banana and ice.  Pulse until smooth. Serves 1.

Thai Red Curry Shrimp Recipe

• 1 3/4 cups Thai Kitchen Premium Coconut Milk
• 1 - 2 tbsp Thai Kitchen Red Curry Paste
• 1 - 2 tsp Thai Kitchen Premium Fish Sauce
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1/2 cup frozen peas
• 1/3 cup water
• 1/2 pound peeled, deveined shrimp
• Fresh Thai Basil
• Fresh Cilantro

1. In a large saucepan, simmer coconut milk with Red Curry Paste* over medium heat for 5 minutes.
2. Add Fish Sauce**, brown sugar**, peas, and water. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Stir in shrimp and continue cooking for 3 to 5 minutes until shrip are cooked.
4. Garnish with fresh basil and fresh cilantro.
5. Serve with fresh steams Jasmine Rice.
6. Recipe serves 2 to 4.
   *Start with a very small amount of curry paste and increase gradually to desired spice level
   ** Add fish sauce and brown sugar to your personal taste.
