Almond Roca Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• Large Hershey bar
• 3/4 cup crushed almonds
• 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

To make Almond Roca

1. Break Hershey bar into small pieces and place on cookie sheet.
2. Add semisweet chocolate chips and spread them around.
3. Sprinkle crushed almonds over chocolate.
4. In a large saucepan melt butter and add sugar.
5. Cook over medium heat and stir constantly until mixture boils and then changes to a light brown/caramel color.
6. Pour the butter-sugar mixture over chocolate and nuts. Let cool to form Almond Roca.
7. Break the Almond Roca up into small pieces and store in refrigerator.
