  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Grease muffin pans
  3. Mix thoroughly first 5 ingredients; make well in center.
  4. Blend eggs, milk, oil and apple; add at once to dry mixture.
  5. Stir just till moistened.
  6. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full.
  7. Mix 2 tbsps sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon; sprinkle on top of muffins.
  8. Bake 20 mins.
Servings: 12-14 muffins
