2/3 cup soy sauce
2/3 cup water
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsps cider vinegar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 lbs beef
cooking oil

Cube beef into 1 inch cubes.
Mix all other ingredients except cooking oil and pour over beef.
Let stand at least 6 hours.
Heat cooking oil in skillet.
Place marinated beef (drained) in heated oil.
Cook beef until done (about 10 minutes).
Serve hot over noodles or rice.
