Preheat oven to 350° f.
Coat baking casserole with non-stick spray.
Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, salt, lemon pepper, and thyme; mix well.
Coat both sides of chicken with crumb mixture.
Place chicken in baking casserole.
Sprinkle extra crumb mixture on top of chicken.
Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes at 350° f or until chicken is done.
