• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbs butter
• 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced lengthwise
• dash cinnamon
• 1 tbsp banana liqueur
• 1 1/2 tbsp imitation rum extract
• 1 large scoop vanilla
• ice cream

1. Melt brown sugar and butter in flat chafing dish.
2. Add banana and saute until tender.
3. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
4. Pour banana liqueur and imitation rum extract over all and flame.
5. Baste with warm liquid until flame burns out.
6. Serve immediately over ice cream.
