Product Recipes
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tsp light soy sauce
- Four 8" square pieces of heavy duty aluminum foil
- Clean and wash mushrooms.
- Combine butter, soy sauce, and ginger.
- Place 1/4 of the mushrooms in center of each piece of foil.
- Place 1/4 of the butter ginger mixture on top mushooms.
- Close foil tightly and grill close to the fire for about 5 minutes on each side.
