1 pound fresh mushrooms
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp unsalted butter, softened
2 tsp light soy sauce
Four 8" square pieces of heavy duty aluminum foil

Clean and wash mushrooms.
Combine butter, soy sauce, and ginger.
Place 1/4 of the mushrooms in center of each piece of foil.
Place 1/4 of the butter ginger mixture on top mushooms.
Close foil tightly and grill close to the fire for about 5 minutes on each side.
