- 5 pounds boneless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 pieces ginger, crushed Broil over charcoal.
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sake
- 1/2 teaspoon Accent
- Mix the ingredients for the marinade together.
- Place the chicken in the sauce and marinate at least 8 hours.
- Broil over charcoal.
