Ingredients in Brownie Drops

• 2 Bakers German sweet chocolate bars
• 1 tbsp butter or margarine
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup unsifted flour
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract (not imitation)
• 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans (optional) can use your favorite nut

To make Brownie Drops

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Grease a cookie sheet.
3. Melt chocolate and butter over hot water in a double boiler.
   
4. Stir and cool mixture.
   
5. Beat eggs until foamy.
   
6. Add sugar, 2 tbsps at a time to foamy eggs.
   
7. Beat until thickened (5 minutes with an electric mixer).
8. Blend in chocolate mixture.
9. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon; blend well.
10. Stir in vanilla and nuts.
11. Drop by teaspoons onto a greased cookie sheet.
12. Bake for 7 - 9 minutes.
13. Cool on wire rack.
