1/4 cup thinly sliced celery
1/4 cup thinly sliced onion
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
1 tsp celery seeds
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Place the vegetables in a large bowl and mix well.
Mix the sugar, sea salt, white pepper, vinegar and celery seeds.
Pour dressing over slaw and toss well, refrigerate for several hours.
