- 6 cups coarsely shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced onion
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp celery seeds
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Place the vegetables in a large bowl and mix well.
- Mix the sugar, sea salt, white pepper, vinegar and celery seeds.
- Pour dressing over slaw and toss well, refrigerate for several hours.
