• 16oz fresh or frozen sugar snap peas
• 1/3 cup orange juice
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp cornstarch
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1/4 cup cashews

Cook peas to desired doneness; drain. Mix orange juice, honey, cornstarch, and salt until well blended. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Stir in cashews; gently stir into peas. Serves 6.
