- 1 whole chicken, cut up
- 1 tbsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 4 tbsps butter or margarine
- 1 tbsp tarragon
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- Season pieces of chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Melt butter in large skillet; brown chicken on both sides.
- Sprinkle chicken with tarragon.
- Add onions and mushrooms to skillet with chicken.
- Cover skillet and simmer about 25 mins, or until tender.
