- 1 cup butter
- 1-1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2-1/2 cups white flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 lbs dates, cut fine
- 1/2 lb candied cherries,chopped
- 1/2 lb candied pineapple,cut up
- 1/2 lb shelled almonds, chopped
- 1/2 lb shelled brazil nuts,chopped
- Cream butter and sugar; mix well. Add eggs, flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Then add fruit and nuts.
- Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350° F for 8-12 minutes or until lightly brown.
