Ingredients in Cinnamon Raisin Chex Mix

• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/4 cup butter or margarine
• 1 1/2 cups Corn Chex cereal
• 1 1/2 cups Rice Chex cereal
• 1 1/2 cups Wheat Chex cereal
• 1/2 cup raisins, dried cranberries or dried cherries

To make Cinnamon Raisin Chex Mix

1. Mix sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
2. Microwave butter in large microwave safe bowl uncovered on high about 40 seconds or until melted.
3. Stir in cereals until evenly coated.
4. Microwave 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
5. Sprinkle half of the sugar mixture evenly over cereal; stir.
6. Sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture; stir.
7. Microwave 1 minute.
8. Stir in raisins, craisins, or cherries.
9. Spread Cinnamon Raisin Chex Mix on paper towels to cool.
