Product Recipes
- 2 egg whites
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 12 oz package of chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Add sugar, salt and vanilla to egg whites. Mix well.
- Fold in nuts and chocolate chips.
- Drop by tablespoon onto a greased and floured cookie sheet.
- Place in oven. Immediately turn off the oven. Allow to cook for 3 hours before removing.
