Ingredients in Cucumber Tomato Salad

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup cider vinegar
• salt and pepper to taste
• 4 cups sliced cucumbers
• 1 pint cherry tomatoes, sliced in half

To Make Cucumber Tomato Salad

1. Combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and salt and pepper in bowl.
2. Add cucumbers and tomatoes; stir to coat.
3. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
4. Serve chilled.
