Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Saute green pepper in margarine or butter.
Dissolve flour in the milk and add to the pepper. Stir over low heat until paste forms. Set aside.
Place crabmeat in a bowl. Clean by picking through for shells.
Add Old Bay Seasoning, mustard, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, green pepper sauce and blend gently.
Fill crab carapaces with the crabmeat mixture and place on a baking pan.
In a small bowl, blend the beaten egg and 3 tablespoons mayonnaise. Spoon over the crabmeat. Sprinkle tops with paprika.
Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes.
