  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Brown ground beef or sausage and garlic.
  3. Drain of grease.
  4. Add tomato paste, tomatoes, salt, pepper and oregano; mix well.
  5. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
  6. Cook noodles as directed.
  7. Alternate layers of meat sauce, noodles and cheese; beginning and ending with meat sauce.
  8. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350° F.
  9. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
