  2. Cook sausage; drain and set aside.
  3. Beat eggs; add salt, pepper, and dry mustard.
  4. Beat into milk.
  5. In a greased baking dish layer bread, sausage and cheese.
  6. Pour egg mixture over and refrigerate overnight.
  7. Bake about 45 minutes or more, depending upon degree of doneness desired.
