  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Grease bottom only of a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
  3. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add sugar, eggnog, butter rum & vanilla extracts, then blend well.
  4. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  5. Pour into the greased pan.
  6. Bake at 350° F for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Place on a wire rack until cooled completely.
