Ingredients in Fresh Salsa

• 1 tablespoon dried cilantro leaves
• 10 Roma tomatoes; scrape out the inside and dice
• 1 red onion; diced
• 1 can of black beans; rinsed and drained
• 1 can of corn; drained
• 1 red pepper; diced
• 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
• juice of 1 lime
• 1 jalapeno, seeded

To Make Fresh Salsa

1. Clean and chop tomatoes.
2. Chop red pepper, onion, and jalapeno.
3. Add to diced tomatoes.
4. Add approximately 1/2 can of rinsed black beans and 1/2 can of corn.
5. Add vinegar, lime juice and cilantro.
6. Refrigerate for several hours.
