1 pound mahimahi, cut into serving pieces
Marinade:

• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon curry powder
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• bread crumbs
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon sake
• dash of Accent
• 1 beaten egg

1. Marinate fish about 1 hour turning once or twice.
2. Dip fish in beaten egg, roll in crumbs and fry.
