Product Recipes
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup whole pecans
- 1 cup white corn syrup
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Preheat oven to 350°
- In a large bowl, lightly beat 3 eggs.
- Combine all other ingredients with the beaten eggs, and mix well.
- Pour into a 9" unbaked pie shell.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of pecans over the top of the pie.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Cool.
- Serve topped with vanilla ice cream, or whipping cream as desired.
