  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. In a large bowl, lightly beat 3 eggs.
  3. Combine all other ingredients with the beaten eggs, and mix well.
  4. Pour into a 9" unbaked pie shell.
  5. Sprinkle 1 cup of pecans over the top of the pie.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool.
  7. Serve topped with vanilla ice cream, or whipping cream as desired.
