  1. Preheat oven to 350 degress.
  2. Beat eggs slightly in large bowl.
  3. Add bread, milk and seasonings.
  4. Let stand for approx 1/2 hour; mash.
  5. Add hamburger and vegetables.
  6. Pack into 2 greased loaf pans 9 1/2 X 5 1/2 X 2 3/4 inches.
  7. Bake about 1 hour.
  8. Serve hot or cold.
