Use this steak sauce to marinate steak, beef roast, hamburgers, and pork chops.

• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 2 tbsp canola oil
• 1/2 tsp ground ginger
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
• 1/8 tsp garlic powder

1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Pour into a Mason jar, and refrigerate unused portions*

Important: When using marinade, pour amount to use into another container and then store remaining steak sauce in covered Mason jar in refrigerator. This prevents contamination of sauce with raw meats.
