Ingredients in Hot Clam Dip

• 2 cans clams, minced
• 1 stick butter or margarine
• 1 onion, chopped
• squeeze of lemon juice
• 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
• 2 packages crackers, crumbled

To Make Hot Clam Dip

1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Saute onions in butter until transparent.
3. Mix sauted onions, clams, lemon juice, and garlic powder together.
4. Pour ingredients into a small greased casserole dish.
5. Bake at 350° until light brown on top, about 20 to 30 minutes.
