Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease well a loaf pan
In large mixing bowl mix flour, oats, baking powder and salt.
In medium mixing bowl, using mixer beat eggs with honey; add milk and mix.
Pour egg mixture into dry ingredients stirring with a wooden spoon just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Mixture will not be smooth.
Pour batter into loaf pan.
Bake 1 hr 15 mins or until crusty.
While still warm, brush top with melted butter.
