1 package Jello Chocolate Instant Pudding, 4 ounces
1/3 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup butter or margarine
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pistachios
Combine chocolate instant pudding mix, flour and baking powder.  Melt butter or margarine in a saucepan.  Add sugar to melted butter or margarine.  Add eggs one at a time to melted butter mixture; mix well after each egg.  Blend in chocolate pudding mixture and vanilla.  Fold pistachios into mixture.  Grease an 8 inch square baking pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.  Cool in pan and cut into bars to serve.
