2 pounds chicken wings
Remove and discard tips. Cut wings in two pieces. Salt and pepper lightly and flour each piece. Keep in refrigerator.

Sauce:

• 6 tablespoons sugar
• 1/2 cup soy suace
• 1/2 tsp Accent
• green onion, chopped
• garlic, grated
• 1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
• 1 teaspoon sesame oil

1. Deep-fry chicken pieces.
2. Dip in sauce as soon as you take out each piece.
