Product Recipes
- 1 whole chicken, cut up
- 1 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 2-3 whole peppercorns
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Place chicken in a pan.
- Combine all other ingredites in a bowl, and stir until well mixed. Add to pan.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, then cover, and simmer for 2 hours. Check pan occasionally to make sure there is liquid in the pan and add water if needed.
- Serve chicken over steamed white rice.
