  1. Place chicken in a pan.
  2. Combine all other ingredites in a bowl, and stir until well mixed. Add to pan.
  3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, then cover, and simmer for 2 hours. Check pan occasionally to make sure there is liquid in the pan and add water if needed.
  4. Serve chicken over steamed white rice.
