*For Food Service Environments: It's important to clean tea equipment thoroughly to prevent bacteria growth. Clean and sanitize the equipment everyday. Clean lid, reservoir, and faucet well then sanitize inside and outside surfaces. . To sanitize prepare a sanitizing solution of 2 capfuls of chlorine bleach for each 1 gallon of warm water. Fill container and let sit for 3 to 5 minutes, then drain and rinse thoroughly.
