Make a delicious meatloaf dinner without all of the trouble of chopping vegetables with this simple to use mix of seasonings from McCormick.  This time proven mix of seasonings makes your preparation of meatloaf a breeze.

Ingredients: Onion, Dextrose, Salt, Spices (including Paprika, Celery Seed, Black Pepper), Hydrolyzed Corn Gluten, Soy Protein and Wheat Gluten, Garlic, Caramel Color, Malted Barley Flour, Autolyzed Yeast Extract and Natural Flavor. allergy Information: Contains Soy and Wheat.

• 1 Package McCormick Meatloaf Seasoning
• 2 pounds lean ground beef or lean ground turkey
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 1/2 cup low fat milk
• 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs or 1 cup of soft bread crumbs (2 slices bread)
• 1/2 cup ketchup, chili sauce or tomato sauce (optional)

1. MIX all ingredients (except ketchup) in a large bowl until well blended
2. SHAPE meat mixture into a loaf. Place loaf in a foil-lined baking pan or a foil lined 9x5-inch baking pan. Top with ketchup, if desired.
3. BAKE in a preheated 375 F oven for 1 hour or until cooked through.

Try these twists using McCormick Meatloaf Seasoning:

• Mini-Meat Loaves: Use 1/2 cup ketchup in place of milk. Shape the meatloaf mixture into 8 smaller loaves. Place on a foil lined 13x9-inch baking pan. If desired, spoon additional ketchup over top of loaves. Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through. Makes 8 servings.
• BBQ Meat Loaf: Top meat loaf with 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce in place of ketchup. Bake as directed. Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese over meatloaf when about 5 minutes cooking time remains.
