McCormick Slow Cookers Savory Pot Roast

• 1/3 cup McCormick Slow Cookers Savory Pot Roast Seasoning Mix
• 2 1/2 to 3 pounds boneless chuck or rump roast, trimmed
• 5 cups cut up fresh vegetables, such as carrots, celery, onions and potatoes
• 1 cup water

1. Place roast and cut up vegetables in slow cooker.
2. Mix McCormick Slow Cookers Savory Pot Roast Seasoning Mix and water until throughly blended.
3. Pour over roast and vegetables.
4. Cover slow cooker.
5. Cook 8 hours on Low or 4 house on High.
6. Remove roast and vegetables from slow cooker and place on serving platter.
7. Stir sauce in slow cooker and place in serving bowl.

Tip: For best results do not remove cover during cooking.
