McCormick Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning 24oz (1 lb 8oz) 680g

McCormick Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning was originally developed for rotisserie chicken restaurants, where consistent flavor and color matter more than anything else. The blend delivers that familiar slow-roasted, savory rotisserie taste without needing a rotisserie oven.

It combines onion, paprika, garlic, salt, and spices to create a balanced seasoning that browns well and holds up to longer cooking times. While designed with chicken in mind, it also works very well on pork, veal, and even salmon.

Use it as a dry rub by sprinkling generously over whole chickens or pieces before roasting or baking. For deeper flavor, mix it with a little oil to form a wet rub, coat the meat, cover, and let it rest before cooking. The result is evenly seasoned meat with a classic rotisserie aroma and golden finish.

This is the same seasoning sold under McCormick’s Culinary line for food-service kitchens, simply packaged here for home cooks and small kitchens that want restaurant-style consistency.
