1/2 lb ground beef
1 medium carrot, grated
1 egg
1 tsp dried chopped onion
1 slice dried bread, crumbled
1/2 cup corn flakes (or Rice Krispies or 1/3 cup Grape Nuts)
1/2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1 tbsp milk
ketchup to moisten

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together and place in a loaf pan.
Bake for 30 mins per pound of meat.
