Product Recipes
- 1/2 lb ground chuck
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp dried chopped onion
- 1 slice dried bread, crumbled
- 1/2 cup corn flakes (or Rice Krispies or 1/3 cup Grape Nuts)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp milk
- ketchup to moisten
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together and place in a loaf pan.
- Bake for 30 mins per pound of meat.
