  1. Combine turkey and egg whites.
  2. Add flour to bind. Make small balls.
  3. Add to boiling broth. Add onions, oregano, and pepper too. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add rice, carrots, cilantro, and tomatoes.
  5. Simmer 20 minutes.
  6. Add fresh shredded spinach.
  7. Cook 5 more minutes.
  8. Ladle into wide soup bowls.
  9. Garnish with fresh cilantro and limes.
