In a 2 quart sauce pan combine the sugar, and cornstarch, then blend in the lemon, mandarin and pineapple juices.
Cook over medium heat until the juices thickens and boils.
Place the fruit in a medium size pyrex bowl, and pour the hot juice mix over top of fruit.
Place in refrigerator to cool. Cover after 10 minutes, and keep in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
