Quantity 

For each sandwich have on hand:
1/4 lb left over chicken or turkey
2 pieces wheat or white bread, toasted
1/2 Cup Prepared McCormick Poultry Gravy Mix

1. Place toast on dinner place
2. Heat lunch meat in microwave.
3. Place beef slices on top of toasted bread.
4. Cover sandwich with hot Poultry Gravy Mix

Suggestion:
Make extra Poulty Gravy, and serve sandwich with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy.
