Sauce
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Pour oil in frying skillet and heat.
  3. Place chicken pieces in hot oil in skillet and brown on both sides.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and place in roasting pan.
  5. Mix all sauce ingredients together and pour in skillet.
  6. Simmer sauce for 30 mins.
  7. Pour sauce over chicken and cover roasting pan.
  8. Bake for 1 hr or until tender and thoroughly cooked.
