  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Thoroughly cream butter and sugar.
  3. Add egg and mix well.
  4. Combine flour and cinnamon and add.
  5. Pat dough into ungreased 15 X 10 inch pan or cookie sheet with sides.
  6. Brush with egg white.
  7. Sprinkle pecan pieces on top and press into dough.
  8. Bake 1 hour.
  9. Cut while warm into 4 long strips and 6 across; then cut into triangles.
