  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Rub salt and pepper on pork chops, then run on ginger to cover both sides.
  3. Spread thin layer of blue cheese on top of pork chops.
  4. Place in casserole and pour red wine halfway up chops.
  6. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours.
