• 2 cups canned or cooked pumpkin
• 1 cup canola oil
• 3 cups sugar
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 3 1/4 cups unbleached Pillsbury or King Arthur all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp fresh ground cloves
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp Tones Ground Nutmeg

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Grease 2 loaf pans.
3. Mix pumpkin, canola oil, sugar, and eggs in a large mixing bowl
4. Combine flour, baking powder and seasonings. While mixing, add the flour mixture a little at a time into pumpkin mixture.
5. Pour into the two greased loaf pans.
6. Bake for 1 hour or until done.

Makes 2 loaves.
