- 1 qt strained pumpkin
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 9 inch pie shells
- Mix first 7 ingredients.
- Pour into unbaked pie shells.
- Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees, then 30-40 minutes.
