Product Recipes
- 2 tbsps canola oil
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 15 1/2 oz cans kidney beans, undrained
- 1 10 3/4 oz can tomato soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsps chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- dash black pepper
- Brown lean ground beef in canola oil in 2 qt saucepan, breaking up meat as it cooks.
- Add onion, cook till limp.
- Drain off excess fat.
- Add rest of ingredients and stir well.
- Heat to boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
