2 cups skim milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cup grated cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
1/2 small onion (chopped)
3/4 cup mushrooms (sliced raw)
1 cup chopped green vegetable (zucchini, broccoli, spinach)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients and pur into pie shell.
Bake 45 ins or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Frozen vegetables work great as is.
