  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Put broccoli on the bottom of a casserole dish and top with chicken breasts.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder and cream of chicken soup; mix well.
  4. Pour mixture over the top of the chicken breasts.
  5. Sprinkle with slivered almonds and bread crumbs.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
