- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp dehydrated chopped onions
- 1 1/2 tbsp chives
- 4 oz. blue cheese
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- Pinch of salt
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
- Crumble blue cheese.
- Combine all ingredients, mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours and stir before serving.
- Makes 3 cups of Roquefort Dressing.
